Sorry customer service. My wife and I drive from Savannha Ga to at around 5:18 to ask question ms about the Gls and test drive the GL 450. We sat in the the dealership for about 20 mins and one came to check or ask did we need anything. I saw several sales person on phones and doing nothing. My wife and went out side to look at a car ain't nothing. I had to ask someone for the sales manger and they both told me that they are sorry. They don't know what happen in the middle of the conversation the Nathan Swanson sales mangers walks off The other sales manager Tim Mcfalls was terrible he walked past me three times and he stated that he thought I was with the other family. I would not buy a suv from them if they where the last Mercedes delarship in the world. More

Learn from my mistake 3 weeks after purchasing a (used) vehicle for my daughter, which she has not yet driven, the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealer 3 weeks after purchasing a (used) vehicle for my daughter, which she has not yet driven, the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealer to have it checked. The problem they say is not covered by the extended warranty that I purchased and that there is nothing they can do to cover the cost since I purchased a used vehicle. Terrible management and customer service. I would suggest taking any used vehicle you may purchase to another mechanic to have checked out before buying from this location. My fault in regards to that. But, hope you learn from my mistake. More

"Very Poor Experience With Mercedes Of Augusta" My fiance and I drove up to Augusta from Savannah on several occasions for leisure and to look at purchasing a new vehicle. We visited several dealer My fiance and I drove up to Augusta from Savannah on several occasions for leisure and to look at purchasing a new vehicle. We visited several dealerships in the area on each trip including Mercedes Of Augusta. On at least three different visits to the Mercedes dealership no one ever came out to greet us nor did any employee acknowledge our presence while looking at there inventory so subsequently we went online and was then contacted by Russ Boykin. He convinced us to stop by one more time and we did only to be ignored again. We finally got the hint that our business was not appreciated so I want to thank Mercedes Of Augusta for they're non-service and now my fiance is the proud owner of a 2015 Audi Q7. More
