I got my mercedes e350 serviced today. My service advisor was Zachary. He always keep me informed of everything that is going on with my vehicle while in service. Dropped off G550 which I purchased at dealership for 100,000 mile service and to fix the tire pressure sensors and brakes in addition to 100,000 mile service. They charged me to fix one sensor, then the 100,000 mile service and to fix the tire pressure sensors and brakes in addition to 100,000 mile service. They charged me to fix one sensor, then they called me and said the tire pressure sensor light came back on. Now I have no tire pressure sensor information on my dash. Barbara called to let me know that this happened during the test drive but offered no solution for the problem, just implied that it was a coincidence. I drove from Columbia, SC to Augusta, GA and dropped the vehicle off for 3 days and that is what I get. Spent $2000 and they didn’t care about fixing the problem. Thanks for nothing. More

I will never use this service department They never call me for any updates on my vehicle while it was there. I would have to call them to find out, on what's the status of my vehicle, which was one of the reasons, i removed my vehicle from there services. The Service Manager showed no respect for the Mercedes-Benz Corporation, knowing that you have one of the top brand of Automobiles, you would think that, the service will be the same,..not at Mercedes-Benz of Augusta. I am still unappreciated of there service, and have plans to discuss with Corporation of Mercedes-Benz, about my experience with them! More
