Salesperson #1 Kevin: Argues with me that a new car LEASE incentive is already included in the used car price online. Then hangs up the phone on me. I call back and ask to deal with a sales manager. Needs customer service training big time, I cant believe someone like this represents that store or the Mercedes Brand. Salesperson #2 Jay: Calls me asking how he can help, I told him im waiting for a sales manager. He says would escalate to a sales manager. Nice person on the phone 10/10 Salesperson #3 Charles: Calls me asking how he can help, I explain that I am waiting on the sales manager to help me with a vehicle. He says he will inform the sales manager and they will call me back. Positive person and good interaction. Salesperson #4 Elihu: Calls me asking me how he can help? I explain the situation but at this point I just tell him lets start over and try to get this lease done. He takes my info and then calls me back saying that Sales Manager said they cant sell a used car to me out of state which sounds like a bunch of nonsense... Overall nice person and interaction, not pleasant outcome. Not 1 sales manager ever called me back or got on the phone with me to see how my experience is or to ask if I still needed any help 1* More
