I purchased my car just a few days ago at Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills, and I can confidently say this was the best customer experience of my life. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the car, explained everything with clarity and patience — even the smallest nuances — and made the entire process smooth, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a customer. I couldn’t be happier that it was Zia who helped me. He is an outstanding person and an exceptional manager. I’m beyond impressed and deeply grateful. I’m leaving a 5-star review without hesitation. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I have been buying all my MBZ cars at the BH location. When I needed a battery exchange and brake replacement I took my MBZ there. My I made an appt I have been buying all my MBZ cars at the BH location. When I needed a battery exchange and brake replacement I took my MBZ there. My I made an appt a week before, reserved a loaner. When I got there, Corey Butler, my service mgr told me there was no loaner , that it was the mistake of the person that told me that. I was frustrated. I’m 72, and since it would take 4 days for the service, he told me that he had no choice, no loaner available. I spoke to his supervisor and did get a loaner with much embarrassment. When he called me 4 days later at 3 pm the day before and demanded I come pick up my car, I said I had an follow up appt at 2 in Beverly Hills and would drop off the car by 5 pm.He rudely said I will be charged an extra day for the loaner if I didn’t get there immediately . I immediately brought the loaner back. And was absolutely irate. I told him I would report him to his supervisor. That was yesterday. I have bought 6 cars , and serviced my cars at BH store for 40 years since I was 32.
