They were very attentive when I arrived for the service appointment. They offered to wash car for a nominal fee. The service advisor, Steve Mendoza, guided me through the paperwork and listened my concerns appointment. They offered to wash car for a nominal fee. They offered a croissant with avocado and fixings which just hit the spot. Steve was such a gentleman! I asked about a diagnostic for the car, which they did. Then, he offered uber ride so I could get home. Because I had another appointment the day the car was ready for pick up, and I was in the local area, Steve said they could bring it to the house, which they did in the time they specified. All in all what I would consider excellent service in every aspect! More
I don’t know where to begin. They kept my car for over a week and the service provider hardly gave me updates. I had to uber there myself because no one would pick up the main line and his phone is still shut off. I picked up the car which still has an engine light on, they couldn’t give me any reason as to why but only to leave the car AGAIN with no loaner or rental. I been calling and messaging two different providers and haven’t received any response. Awful experience. How do you “fix” power issues and then not check engine light on return! More

Without the details ad nauseam a 3rd party warrantor refused to pay for services on our 2018 AMG. They were in the wrong and took the "so sue us" approach. MBBH took them on and prevailed. For 14k$. Great job! More
