Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills failed me at every step. I asked for a loaner car while my vehicle was in their shop, and they snubbed me. Service advisor Tim Hernandez told me repeatedly that he had emailed estimate to the insurance company, but he hadn’t. The insurer rejected the repairs as unnecessary padding, leaving me stuck with rental costs and wasted time. To top it off, the diagnostic they ran didn’t match the actual condition of the engine which was frozen. The crowning touch was that Tim billed me $500 for an inspection he had originally quoted as free. This was an expensive and frustrating experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. This dealership’s lack of honesty and accountability is shocking. More

Took my car in for a battery inspection was was told it would take 1-2 days. After calling the service center, to no answer, and not hearing a follow-up from the service agent, I went in person on the thir would take 1-2 days. After calling the service center, to no answer, and not hearing a follow-up from the service agent, I went in person on the third to inquire about the vehicle. I then waited 45 minutes for the results of the battery test and an additional 45 minutes for the battery to be replaced. When I received my vehicle, I noticed that a personal tracker was missing from the car. I was initially told that the tracker was not moved and may have been moved to another place in the vehicle. I then drove home only to return to the service center two hours later to retrieve the tracker (which had been found in a trash can at the center). Very negative experience overall and I will not be returning to this service center in the future. More
