My service advisor Laura Bauman was rude unprofessional and incompetent. I was told my car would be ready an hour and a half after my appointment. I came back in an hour to the dealership to find my car s and incompetent. I was told my car would be ready an hour and a half after my appointment. I came back in an hour to the dealership to find my car still sitting there and never got taken below. My car was ultimately not ready for another hour and when I informed her that she had missed her estimate multiple times she blamed that I was a “walk in” which was inaccurate a service technician told me it was late because the car never got moved due to her incompetence. More
