Not good at all I was attempting to get a service estimate on one of my Benz(s) a 1995. I called the dealer two days in a row, left VIN information and never receive I was attempting to get a service estimate on one of my Benz(s) a 1995. I called the dealer two days in a row, left VIN information and never received a call from the service department. On the last call which was a follow-up to a call that morning I was told that the service managers were gone for the day and that the service employees were extremely busy. I was then placed on hold for about 10-20 minutes at which time I simply hung up. With this type of treatment before even having service done I shutter to think of what service I would receive if I brought either of my cars in to this dealership. More
