He sent me lots of pictures and called back to go over them. This was on Friday and I said I would be there on Saturday to look at the car and bring my trade in that Jeff had given me a trade price based on my description. I arrived at 2:30 PM in a pouring rain store. I looked at the car and 1/2 hour latter I was on my way back home. A simple transaction and great people to deal with. This is my 7th purchase from this dealer ship and looking forward for more in the future. More

My initial call was picked up by Chad, a GM there. Other than some annoying covid delays and other covid related issues, he made the sales process easy, clear, and relatively painless. Once the sale was complete, I was handed over to Carlos, and I have to say, that set a new standard for car dealership service. Carlos coordinated and explained all aspects of the new car, facilitated the transaction, arranged the cars registration, hand delivered the car to me, gave me an onsite tutorial of the extensive features of the car, and dutifully followed up with instructional videos, and post purchase service. This car was a significant investment and particularly Carlos, but also Chad and the Herb Chambers team made this the best car buying experience I could hope for. More
