Ricardo Bautista is the best sales consultant I have ever had! Exactly one year ago he gave me all support choosing the best car for my family and I bought the GLE-350. The car is amazing! I was so in love with the car that when I received his email congratulating me for one year anniversary I started thinking about buying a new one... Texted Ricardo Bautista on Monday and on Thursday I had my car ready for pick up. This time I choose the GLS-450 and I couldn’t be more happy! The car is awesome and fit all my kids, the interior space is what I was looking for. But the best thing was the process of buying it because it was so incredibly smooth thanks to Ricardo Bautista’s support and also Paolo from the financial department who had everything ready for me to sign and I bought the car in 20 minutes thanks to their professionalism!!! I’d recommend both without any doubt!!! More

Wow, talk about beating expectations....between our salesman (Kashif) who walked us through the leasing process and had vehicles and pricing ready for us and was a polite gentleman the whole time...to salesman (Kashif) who walked us through the leasing process and had vehicles and pricing ready for us and was a polite gentleman the whole time...to the finance guy (Paolo)...to the manager (Chad) who set the tone of 'we are here to help and find you the right Mercedes' and then his team did just that! And to top it all off, they came in on the final price even a bit lower than we were expecting.....how often does that happen!! Way to go guys!! Thank you, my wife & I are very happy. More
