Thanh (and Alex who also assisted) took the time to explain the car and all of its options. He tracked down the car with all of the options I wanted and ensured that I was completely satisfied. Yet another hassle-free experience at MB of Boston It was at that point of my lease again where I was provided the opportunity to terminate my current lease of a 2014 model and lease a new 2017 model. I worked with Paolo Castro, who got everything done from soup to nuts within about an hour on a Friday afternoon, and I drove the new car off the lot on Monday afternoon. Paolo was very professional, courteous and efficient, which was much appreciated. The sales person from whom I had leased three other Mercedes had moved on a few years ago, and I am glad that Paolo is there to take care of me going forward. I love the car and the dealer and highly recommend both to anyone else looking at a Mercedes. More
