She quickly assessed my needs and provided several options to me which made my decision easy. She was very honest, straightforward and efficient and we agreed on a deal very quickly. Compettitive price, pleasant and profiessional We purchased a 2015 Toyota Sequoia with 13K miles from Lovette. We found the vehicle online and it had all the features we were looking for. There w We purchased a 2015 Toyota Sequoia with 13K miles from Lovette. We found the vehicle online and it had all the features we were looking for. There wern't a lot in the area to choose from, so we drove down from NH to Somerville MA. The vehicle matched the description and it was immaculate. We had a 2006 Sequoia as a trade. They inspected it and offered a competitive trade in value for it. We had another vehicle that was a possibility so we left the dealership without purchasing, and there was no real pressure to buy right then. Since we live in NH, and the NH DMV and MA DMV don't play nice with each other, we would have had to purchase the vehicle, drive back to NH to register it with the bill of sale, then drive back to Somerville to get the vehicle. Lovette said that if we purchased the vehicle, he would drive it to NH for us, and we could finish the paperwork in NH, and he would drive away with our trade in. We decided that we wanted the vehicle and we were able to call and put a down payment on it over the phone with a credit card. I drove to Somerville to complete the transaction, and a few days later Lovette showed up and we completed the deal. One minor hiccup was that the vehicle had aftermarket tint on the Driver and Passenger windows. That's illegal in NH, so it didn't pass inspection. Luckily I have a heat gun, and the tint peeled right off without a problem. I suspect that the dealer would have worked with us to resolve this if I wasn't able to do it myself. Also, there was some pressure to do the financing through them. I just showed up with a check from my credit union so I could get the right terms for my car loan, I wouldn't have been able to do that with the dealer. They were unable to sell me the additional stuff since I had a check that was already made out to the purchase price. More

My husband and I visited a few dealerships as we were window shopping and trying to get a sense of what we really wanted. Of course, my first choice was the 2017 Range Rover Sport, but he preferred the Lexus GX460. Another week goes by, and we had some free time on a Saturday afternoon. We happened to be in Boston, so we stopped by Mercedes-Benz of Boston. We were looking around the lot at the SUV models and had our eyes on the GLE350 4Matic. We were greeted by Thanh Nguyen. Thanh was very informative and showed us all the available options. We took the car for a test drive and we were very impressed by how smooth it runs. We ended up purchasing the 2017 GLE350 4Matic that very afternoon. Thanh made our experience effortless. He's very professional, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and most importantly, very patient in answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend Thanh to our friends and family. More

My original salesman was no longer at that site so when I walked in for a follow up appointment Georgina saw me standing around and immediately walked right up to me and offer some assistance. She not only greeted me with a big smile but had me take a seat while she grabbed my folder. After explaining that my sales agent is no longer at the site she took matters into her own hands and said she will now take over with the progress of the new car/delivery and answer any questions that I might have. I recently picked up my car last week and since I met Georgina a couple of months ago she would call me or email me weekly with the progress of my car, expected delivery dates, and she even went above and beyond to show me new futures in the car, and the new app Mercedes Me which I didn't even know came with the car. She is truly a great asset to the team over at Mercedes Boston and would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a car. I will definitely be back soon and will only work with her! More
