Fabulous experience! Jasper Abreu - we appreciate his kindness, professionalism, attitude and demeanor - he put us at ease. Jasper treated us with respect, was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. He was the reason we made our decision to lease the Mercedes GLA for our daughter instead of the Audi Q3. After the winter we experienced, the leased vehicle our daughter was driving was not suitable for the New England winters and commuting to college. As mother and daughter, we embarked on a test driving spree to see which vehicle would suit her - size, comfort and most importantly, safety. Entering dealerships was intimidating for the both of us. We told all the sales associates we where beginning our search test driving 4-wheel and all wheel drive vehicles and would not be making any decisions today. Our daughter test drove the Audi A3 and Q3, Jeep Renegade and Cherokee , Volvo S60, Nissan Murano, Kia Sorento and Sportage, Mazda CX5 and finally Mercedes GLA. As Audi was the first vehicle she test drove we went back a second time to test drive the Audi Q3 which she liked very much. (We own an Audi Q7 Diesel). But the sales associate we had on our 2nd visit to Audi did not make us feel wanted, nor special. We felt like we were a bother to him. The clear choice was the GLA - we thank Jasper for making it an easy decision for us. Our daughter couldn't be happier with her decision. Thank you! More
