When we didn't get something about the car, he would explain to us in a timely manner. He didn't rush is in making a decision. He even waited for me when I was an hour late due to traffic when he could of went home to watch the Patriots game. He was very detailed when showing the car to us during the test drive and when we purchased the car. He gave us examples which allowed us to understand the usage of the buttons in the car. His personality is great, he's friendly and always a smile in his face. Even after purchasing the car, he offered us his time and asked if we have any questions. Also Kris Ricupero the business finance manager was great. He definitely didn't rush us and answered all the questions we had before signing the purchase and sales agreement. He also told me that the M series was being upgraded and renamed and that the new version a GLE would be available in the summer. He could of easily had sold me a 2015 but provided me with this information as an option if I could wait, which I could. He then helped me order a GLE guiding me through all the options so that I would get a car that was tailored to my needs and style. My new car came in last week and I love it. More
