Quick, easy, and painless transaction My husband and I recently decided to lease a Mercedes ML and visited multiple dealerships prior to purchasing with Alex. We already did our research My husband and I recently decided to lease a Mercedes ML and visited multiple dealerships prior to purchasing with Alex. We already did our research online and had a particular vehicle and price point in mind and we had a specific timeline that had to be met. Our transaction with Alex was amazing compared to their competitors. We test drove the SUV within 5 minutes of walking into the dealership and negotiated the purchase within 30 minutes. This is 1/4 of the time time it took us at other dealerships, not to mention that we were buying over a major holiday and most of the other stores were closed. Not Mercedes-Benz of Somerville, they were open! We found our conversation with Alex to be very natural. He wasn't pushy, didn't dominate the conversation, and asked about our lifestyle and features we want in the car prior to looking through the inventory. We didn't feel like we were being over-sold or forced into a car outside our needs. Finalizing the transaction details over email was also seamless. Alex is very responsive, which we appreciate.
