Stellar Performance! I came in to Mercedes in Somerville to do a test drive the GLK350 as my BMW X3's extended warranty was ending soon. I have always wanted to try a Merc I came in to Mercedes in Somerville to do a test drive the GLK350 as my BMW X3's extended warranty was ending soon. I have always wanted to try a Mercedes and see if this was my next vehicle. I called the dealership to get the exact location as I got lost. Thanh was so helpful with direction and stayed on the phone with me until I found it. As I came in he gave me greeted me and asked me if I wanted something to drink and bought me to the ice cream box. We went outside and he walked me around the GLK350. He explained all the neat functions the vehicle could do. We went for test drive and I knew I wanted it at that point. When I came to pick up my vehicle he wrapped up my vehicle with a big bow since he knew this was my first Mercedes; he wanted to make it special. Thanh is full of knowledge and if he didn't know the answer; he was very quick and responsive on following up. He ensure my process was very smooth and gave me the best sales customer service. Return to MB of Boston My winter vehicle search ended up here at MB of Boston with Alex, Jeff and Chad. Purchased W204 C63 early this year. I love C63, but I knew it's n My winter vehicle search ended up here at MB of Boston with Alex, Jeff and Chad. Purchased W204 C63 early this year. I love C63, but I knew it's not practical for winter even many people suggested it works with proper tires. I started looking for another car that works well in winter. I wanted a car that my daughter who just got driver's license can drive as well. Initially I discussed with Alex C/GLA leasing, but I found out insurance cost for new driver too high. Look for used car, browsing internet ad by both individual and dealership. My wife likes GLK purchased last year from Jeff, and she wanted another SUV if we are going to buy one. Went a couple of dealerships and found 10 years old G55 that was okay car for the age. Immediately I contacted Alex to find better used G class. Alex was kindly listen what I am looking for (used one), then we test drove new G550 comparing with used G55 AMG. Wow, it's amazing car and absolutely beautiful. Both my wife and I instantly want to purchase the new G550. Alex, you are really good sales person even you weren't purposely show us new. lol I am very happy again with G550. Big peace of mind to purchase MB car from MB dealer. I won't go other place for MB car again. I knew G class doesn't work for my daughter and MB isn't suitable for my daughter's first car for several reasons. However I'll contact Alex anyway when we look for a car for her. Alex, Jeff and Chad, thank you for helping us to get the beautiful G. We love it! No, absolutely no other C63 even 507, but I'll coming back to you when I need another one. More
