Paulo is a wonderful Salesperson; he was attentive to our questions, he listened and responded to our needs, he was patient with us and allowed us to explore all the options available at M-B. Paulo is definitely a "no-pressure" person which we truly appreciated and allowed our car buying experience to be a positive one. Paolo is a straight-forward person and not a "fast-talker"; he is genuine and knowledgeable. When we picked up our new M-B, he took the time to go over all of the amazing features in our new M-B without rushing us and without distraction. Also, the people at MB-Boston were friendly and welcoming including Parts Dept (we purchased a few add-on items) and Service (said "hi" while enjoying a health snack from the basket of goodies on the desk.) Also, the manager was friendly and took the time to stop in with us to talk and check in about any questions.
