After countless hours of research, well over a dozen test drives and visits to nearly ten local dealerships, we had no intention of ending our new car After countless hours of research, well over a dozen test drives and visits to nearly ten local dealerships, we had no intention of ending our new car search at Mercedes-Benz of Boston, but are thrilled we did. Our entire experience, from setting up an appt. over the phone to picking up the keys, was a real pleasure, not at all stressful and went more smoothly than we could have imagined. Maged was our salesperson, and he stayed behind well past closing time to ensure that we felt comfortable and confident with the cost, financing and most importantly, that the car was a perfect fit. It truly is, and we really feel like he was there for us through the whole process and will continue to be should we need anything in the future. Sales Manager Umer and Kris in Finance were wonderfully efficient as well. We couldn't be happier, and we have zero concerns about returning for annual maintenance or service - we're sure it will be just as easy and stress-free. The dealership is very clean and bright and well-spaced, the staff are professional and exceedingly polite without violating your space, and it's really nice that they very clearly and patiently show you the ins and outs of each vehicle, run you through Mercedes-Benz's ultra-streamlined model and trim options, and present different configurations for financing or leasing until you're satisfied and feel that you're getting a fair price. We walked in with a not-so-luxury budget and rolled out in a dream car! More
Tarnished Three Pointed Star Experience When I purchased a Certified Pre Owned C 300 Mercedes through Thanh Nguyen, I was told it was a "one owner" vehicle. I test drove the car and found it When I purchased a Certified Pre Owned C 300 Mercedes through Thanh Nguyen, I was told it was a "one owner" vehicle. I test drove the car and found it was very clean but felt a vibration in the suspension or wheels. Thanh said they would take care of that issue before I took delivery. I purchased the car and traded my current vehicle in. After two weeks of ownership, the vibration I felt initially was worse. I brought the car in for service and when I picked the car up the next day, found out the car was a courtesy vehicle used when customers had their cars in for repair. This was never disclosed during the purchase and only brought to my attention after I asked. Additionally, the service manager claimed all four wheels had been bent and they replaced three of them with used wheels and repaired the fourth one. Upon inspection, the wheels they provided were scratched, scuffed and dirty. I complained to the service manager and representative. They said they would fix the issue and deliver the car the next day. When the car arrived at my home, the wheels looked much better but the vibration was still there. I did not feel safe in the car. I received an on line survey from Mercedes Benz and provided honest feedback on my experience and then received a phone call at 5.15 in the evening from Thanh complaining about my survey and asking why I did not give him higher scores. In the end, I brought the C300 back to the dealership and bought my old vehicle back. Chris Franzoso, the used care manager was trying his best to make things right. However; I lost all trust and faith in the dealership after I had been misled as to the history of the vehicle and the service department's inability to fix the vibration after several attempts. Mr. Chambers; I have purchased and leased four previous Mercedes' from other dealers and the experience I had at yours was by far the worst. I have never experienced such incompetent and unprofessional sales people in my 30 + years of dealership relations. More

Herb Chambers MB Boston is the best car buying experience I have had in my life. There was no pressure, I was made to feel very important, and every employee in the dealership was that way. I am someone well prepared coming into a dealership and usually know cars better than the sales people. Alex Fine knew more. The price was right at the start of the negotiation and ended there. The sales manager recommended an option I forgot, not to make more money, but because he knew I would want it after getting the car and he was right. This is a Five Star business when there are so few. More

3rd Purchase from MB of Boston I just purchased my 3rd Mercedes Benz from Chip McCarty of Mercedes of Boston, and while the 3 purchases happened over approximately 15 years with oth I just purchased my 3rd Mercedes Benz from Chip McCarty of Mercedes of Boston, and while the 3 purchases happened over approximately 15 years with other brands (Lexus, Audi) purchased in between, I continue to deal with the dealership and, especially, with Chip for the service, attention, courtesy and level of comfort I have received each time that I wanted to purchase another Mercedes Benz. When I started looking for a MB this time, I considered various new models, including a C63, GLA 45 AMG and an E350. Chip was fully knowledgeable in all 3 of these very different vehicles and because of where I live, the E350 made the most sense in the end. Before reaching that decision, though, Chip patiently took me out on a test ride of each, spending as much time as I required and answering any questions that followed. Because of my comfort level with Chip and my past purchasing and service experiences with MB of Boston, it was an easy decision to make the purchase. I turn over cars fairly often and suspect that Chip McCarty, MB of Boston and I will cross paths again. More

Thanks to Keith Robinson, and the other wonderful folks at Mercedes-Benz of Boston, we are now the proud and happy owners of two Mercedes (a GL550 and a CLS63). Until we were introduced to the Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz dealerships, my wife and I were car lovers who hated buying cars. As a result of the consistently positive experience we have had with Keith (and the fact that Mercedes builds great vehicles), my wife and I expect to remain dual MB owners, and look forward to a continued affiliation with Mercedes-Benz of Boston.
