Unexpected shopping experience with Jeff Tucker Had two aggressive Japanese sport cars. Thought it's time to settle gentle European car. Owned Audi before, but doesn't like current style. Went Merce Had two aggressive Japanese sport cars. Thought it's time to settle gentle European car. Owned Audi before, but doesn't like current style. Went Mercedes-Benz of Boston as alternative to Audi. Jeff helped me for test drive, and I liked Mercedes C300 look and feel, love it. He knows what I'm looking for and gave me good offer with reasonable trade in value. There was little things happened before delivery, however he updated status promptly. He took care about me very well, and I was very happy upon delivery. At this point, I own C300 and Japanese sport hatchback. Few days later, I came up idea to trade the hatchback with compact SUV. Because I really liked look and feel of C300, German engineered car. This time, I went to Audi dealer first to see Q5 because it has better review compare to Mercedes GLK. Q5 is nice car, I liked it and got reasonable offer for the car and trade in. But I didn't make decision and headed to Jeff. Because he is such nice guy, wanted to try GLK no matter what internet reviews say. Test drove GLK, it wasn't bad, but was pretty good and easy to drive. I didn't feel heavy slow SUV, it's more like sedan with taller cabin. After the test drive, Jeff gave me another good offer including matching on trade in value. The GLK doesn't come with some features, which comes with Q5. I couldn't find any reason go back to Audi and buy Q5. I still can't believe I bought two Mercedes within a week. Perhaps because Jeff didn't play game on me. He came straight to the point I'm interested. I really don't like game between sales person and manager behind wall. It was best car buying experience ever. I'm not sure how long I drive these two Mercedes, but pretty sure I will come to Jeff again first if I ever need another one perhaps for my older daughter when she glads college. Jeff, thank you for helping me and great experience. More
