My Experience I was referred to Umer Iqbal through a personal friend. Having now dealt with Umer for several months through the purchase of my new GL 450, I found I was referred to Umer Iqbal through a personal friend. Having now dealt with Umer for several months through the purchase of my new GL 450, I found him to be responsive, professional, honest, smart, fair, and exceptionally kind. Then Umer introduced me to Maged Amanious to handle the details of the transaction. Maged was just as responsive, professional, and honest as Umer. Then we had a meeting with the Business Manager (and his name is now escaping me). He is from Quincy. He was also just as great as the others. We felt unusually comfortable with the entire process and these 3 guys together make the customer feel that way. I find this to be quite rare in this business to find good quality people like this. It's seems very rare. I could not be any more pleased with the service, the salesmanship, and the vehicle that my wife and I purchased. I currently own a CLK430 that I'll probably never part with - it's a beautiful car and fun to drive. I drove into the Boston store to see the SUV in person. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by my salesperson, Thanh Nguyen. Thanh was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience - for me, it was a little more stressful this time. I lost my husband very suddenly and unexpectedly in October 2013 - this was my first major purchase since then. Thanh went out of his way to be very patient and answer all of my questions clearly and carefully. The vehicle I had initially been interested in was very nice but too small for my needs. Thanh explained the differences in each of the models to me and then showed them to me so that I could visually put together what he had explained. I settled on the ML350 and he found the perfect one for me. It had only been at the dealership for 4 days and he went out of his way to find it for me, show it to me, explain everything about it, and test drive it with me. I was sold. Thanh made all the paperwork a breeze - he's a very organized and results driven person. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with someone so pleasant and knowledgeable. Herb Chambers will always be my dealer of choice for vehicle purchases. And, I would specifically request Thanh again as my salesperson! More

In January of 2009 i happened to be driving by MB of Boston and decided to stop in to see the latest from Mercedes Benz. I was impressed with all of the sales staff going about their business and not at Boston and decided to stop in to see the latest from Mercedes Benz. I was impressed with all of the sales staff going about their business and not attacking me with ( what brings you by today, or great deal on this car today, or can i help you here's my card call me anytime, etc ). I decided to get some further info on a C-300 on the floor so i went over to a sales associates desk and asked for some help, the sales assc said very professionally i am with another customer please excuse me and i will get you some help. I decided to wait for that particular associate to finish with his customer because in my past experiences with car sales most others would have said i am with someone take a seat and i will be right with you . I waited for him and have been going back to him since. The sales associate is Thomas Parker and he has provided me with complete satisfaction on all my purchases since 2009. I have just recently purchased in April 2013 an S-550 and my experience was excellent from all involved because Thomas made sure that the day of the purchase and especially the day i picked it up was to be my special day. The Mercedes Benz is an excellent vehicle and requires high caliber people to sell them, and service them, and in my opinion Thomas Parker is a perfect fit polite, knowledgeable, always there, and honest. Jeff was personable and suggested he run the numbers to get into a newer car for the same price or better. I didnt' think he could so I said fine go ahead, and I walked out with a new car! He was very knowledgeable about the cars, listened to the things I liked and disliked about my current car and found me the perfect one in all under an hour.
