After owning a Toyota for the last 20 years, I am very pleased to now own a 2014 Mercedes GLK. My visit with Rob was very pleasant and informative. He took the time to listen to what I would be interested in and brought several vehicles for me to look at and test drive. I was very impressed when I drove the GLK. Although I was not certain about the color, I had asked Rob to look at other vehicle available in other colors besides the black or the white. He took his time looking and said " I have just the right one for you". He was nice enough to go with me to the port and look at this pebble grey colored one. I just fell in love with it and he drove it back to the dealership where we finalized the paperwork. I picked up my car 2 days later and have been very pleased with it. Everyone loves it..
