This was our first interaction with the Mercedes Benz of Boston, our history has been with the Natick team. The car had arrived at the dealer only a few days prior (used) and while she wasn't as familiar with the car details she took the time to get up to speed. We both recognized that the car was going to move quickly out of the inventory and she made every effort to ensure we didn't lose the car and we had the needed information. She has great communication skills and works to be sure her clients have what they need and works behind the scenes at the dealership to ensure her customers have an outstanding experience. The service team was outstanding as well. We had a few issues once we took ownership and they were great in resolving them and ensuring our complete satisfaction. They work together as a team and demonstrate their expertise and commitment to service. More

Gina is a professional in the truest sense of the word. I bought a new E350 Sport from NJ for my parents who live near Boston. My parents had a very specific (and rare) color combo that they were not willing to change and Gina was able to locate the perfect car and have it shipped to Boston in days. When my parents picked up the car, Gina spent quite some time helping them learn all the features. They are a bit afraid of technology, but Gina was able to put them at ease and even offered to come to their home to go through any features they had questions on.
