How did I make the switch? I was a loyal BMW customer for the last 15 years, drove 3, 5, and 6 series. Never thought I'd switch but I finally switched to Mercedes! Two things made me switch: The gorgeous CLS the last 15 years, drove 3, 5, and 6 series. Never thought I'd switch but I finally switched to Mercedes! Two things made me switch: The gorgeous CLS and the gorgeously charming, honest, friendly, realistic, and most helpful salesperson Gina Julian. When I first walked in to the dealership the amazingly beautiful white CLS 550 caught my eye and without knowing anything about Mercedes before I wanted to test drive it. To be honest, the first test drive felt strange. It was way too comfortable and smooth. I'm used to and like driving angry cars after all. But Gina spent hours with me even after my first drive telling her I wasn't interested, to help me find a Mercedes that was the right one for me. I test drove another model which was closer to what i'm used to and more in my price range. I appreciated her resilience and taking all the time in the world (more than half her day!) taking me from car to car and explaining all of the benefits, differences etc. I was amazed how much she knew about all these cars and way beyond their look and feel. Next day I went back and shyly asked to test drive the same car I did the day before. Gina made me feel so comfortable and didn't blink once to get me test drive two more cars, again! Her attitude was so refreshing to me. I had called Porche three times and left voicemails telling them I was interested in the Panemera and never even got a call back! And when I went there in person I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes until someone finally said sorry all of our salespeople are busy! What I got from Gina and Mercedes was that everyone was so proud of their product, proud of working there, and really giving everyone the VIP treatment. They are so proud that Gina took me to even to the service area to show me how good they take care of the cars. I was shocked to see how clean it was. I'm not kidding, you could eat from the floor! I was sold at that point that I wanted to get a Mercedes to be a part of this family. Now I had to find the right car! What I respected the most was that Gina showed me so many cars even ones that were almost half of my price range. This is a true great salesperson who is so confident to find the right car that they are not trying to take advantage of you. After spending another half of her day with me, I settled on the CLS 550 which was the first car I saw there and fell in love with. Everyone was fantastic, very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Above all, Gina was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience of buying a car from Mercedes was a unique, special and an unforgettable one! Gina made it so easy. What sometimes can be a gruesome experience buying a car, was turned into an experience that I will not forget. The only sad thing is now I won't have a reason to go back and hang out at the Mercedes dealer which was so much fun. Well maybe I'll stop by just to say hello and get a free ice cream or two that they offer to everyone at the door! More
