After doing my research on the car I was interested in, I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Boston and spoke with Jen Somerville. So, I called her back and told her I was on my way to Boston from the Hartford, CT area. While on my way, Kyle Dailey called to tell me he'd be working with me when I arrived. When I got there, Kyle was already outside to greet me and the rest was history. Before even getting into the car to test drive it, Kyle was already pointing out the safety features that a Mercedes is built with. During the test drive, he continued to point out all the features the car had to offer. I quickly got to know Kyle and came to realize his passion for cars is the reason he is so knowledgeable about them. He enjoys his work and really makes you feel comfortable about your purchase - no pressure what so ever.
