This past weekend, went into the dealer looking to trade-in my 2007 GL450 for its smaller sister SUV - the 2013 ML 350 and did just that in about 1 1/2 hour! This was in great part to Mr. Thomas Park trade-in my 2007 GL450 for its smaller sister SUV - the 2013 ML 350 and did just that in about 1 1/2 hour! This was in great part to Mr. Thomas Parker (A Magnificent Salesman from beginning to the end) efforts who worked with me seamlessly and one step at a time leading to a sale/buy. We established a trade that was fair and again when we worked on the new vehicle. I chose a fully loaded 2013 ML 350 at a very acceptable price, but best of all at no time was I hackled or pressure to buy. If you’ve been in the market to buy a car you know what I am talking about. I also, like to commend the Service Department as this dealer or Herb Chambers’ Mercedes-Benz of Boston for the great service I’ve gotten over the years on the GL 450 and look forward towards servicing this new car there as well. Based on my experiences with this dealer and the people with whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend. More

As we decided on the spot to lease the Mercedes GLK, we needed to return today to complete the paperwork and pick up the new car. Gina was a delight to purchase my car from. While it was not a Mercedes nor was the vehicle I purchased at Mercedes of Boston, but in the Sudbury location, Gina happily got he vehicle for me and brought it not a Mercedes nor was the vehicle I purchased at Mercedes of Boston, but in the Sudbury location, Gina happily got he vehicle for me and brought it to my home so I could test drive it.
