I leased a C300 from Mercedes-Benz of Boston in May 2011 and have absolutely no regrets! Jen was amazing in helping me find the vehicle that was right for me, and the C300 has exactly the style and class I and have absolutely no regrets! Jen was amazing in helping me find the vehicle that was right for me, and the C300 has exactly the style and class I was looking for. She was a pleasure to work with, and helped me choose the features and package that fit me best. Jen went above and beyond then, and continues to do so. 4 months after my purchase I had a flat tire from driving over a screw. Not knowing where to turn to next, I called Jen at MB of Boston, and she led me in the right direction to access roadside assistance. Less than an hour after I had discovered flat, the service department was at my vehicle, fixing my tire. Not only did MB of Boston come to me and fix my flat, they saved me a trip to the dealership to boot! I will definitely continue doing business with Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston and cannot give the staff there enough praise!! Thanks Jen!!!! More

This was our 1st experience with a Herb Chambers dealer! And recently purchased a pre owned Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Boston. Although this was not our 1st Mercedes Benz we've owned, Our 1st Benz was a And recently purchased a pre owned Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Boston. Although this was not our 1st Mercedes Benz we've owned, Our 1st Benz was a 1998 E-320 4-matic that was 2 years old when we purchased it from a private party and we are still driving it with 240K miles on it.... Need we say more why we choose to purchase another Benz! This purchase started on the web with us looking on line at their CPO inventory and then a visit to the show room with an appointment with Georgina Stavropoulos, She provided us with excellent knowledge of the product and accommodated my every demand (As I was a master Auto technician for 30 Years and I was very tough customer). On the day of delivery the vehicle was ready and Georgia went over all the details of the car we needed to know. Georgina also fielded several off hour’s calls to her cell from us and answered all questions thoroughly; she also called in to check with us to make sure we were all set. Herb Chambers you’re lucky to have such a dedicated sales person as Georgina Stavropoulos. More
