I went in looking at the new C class. While Sean was very friendly, informative and helpful his sales manager Chris was the one who left me with a bad feeling for the dealership. Sean had been going over numbers with me and then when he came back from one of the visits to the office another gentleman was with him. While this man came back with very thorough printouts of price breakdowns and options he never introduced himself to me (I found his name and title on the printouts when I got home). I found it to be very disrespectful to both myself and Sean that he would come and take over the sales talk and not even introduce himself to me. The other issue I had was that Sean had asked to look at my car (potential trade) so I gave him my key. When it was time to go I was a bit put out that they had driven my car without asking me (as the car was in a totally different location). When Sean called to follow up with me a couple of days later I was very honest with him and told him while I liked him, I would most certainly not be doing business with his dealership, and explained why. I did not think I could have been any clearer but apparently I was wrong because I received a couple of more messages asking when we could move forward and some e-mails.
