I had an appointment with Patrick to have an oil change done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust. Patrick worked with me extensively to done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust. Patrick worked with me extensively to make sure my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Due to supply issues and parts shortages the repair took longer than anticipated but Patrick kept me updated continuously throughout. Would highly recommend working with Patrick at MB of Boston as their customer service is unrivaled. More

Fantastic and efficient service all around. Tabish in sales was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive in our purchase of the GLS 450 model. He was patient and spent a lot of time with us and was able to turn our car around in 24 hrs for pickup the next day. He also took the time to explain and walk through all the tech features which was super helpful. All around a pleasant and reassuring experience which is not often the case at dealerships so this was a standout place for sure! Highly recommend it. More
