We discussed the different models I was interested in. He gave me his honest opinion on each one of them and answered all my questions appropriately. I was able to test drive the model I decided on and knew I was going to get it right there and then. Ronald helped me figure out what features I needed and was very patient doing multiple searches to make sure I was presented with all the options of cars that had what I wanted.  Ronald's professionalism definitely made the process a smooth one! I have bought two Mercedes cars here before and honestly it’s not the closest MB dealership to my home but it’s worth the drive. They always treat you special and cater to you above and beyond any of the “other” luxury dealers. Amel asked all the right questions to help me make a decision and before talking to him I was leaning towards an Audi but so glad I made the decision to stay with Mercedes. You just can’t put yourself in a nicer car and the way they helped find me the best rates out there will all that’s going on…it was a no brainer. I realize I was just wasting my time with the other brands. They have cars to fit every price range from college graduates to celebrities…yet they make you feel truly like a celebrity when you walk in the door. Thanks Amel, we will be back! More

Jimmy and Manny were great with scheduling the pick up of my car for service and the drop off of a loaner vehicle. My car was returned to my driveway the next day all clean and shiny.
