Had a flat battery, made 3calls from car for assistance. Phone line very poor person was using speaker phone. On second call I was connected to someone who said he was out of the office! 3rd call person sen Phone line very poor person was using speaker phone. On second call I was connected to someone who said he was out of the office! 3rd call person sent wrong address to roadside assistance. 4 th call to MB Megrath Highway, gentleman said he would inform whoever was on charge of roadside assistance and would call me back. Never did. I called MB again and after a long wait for someone to pickup the phone the woman connected me to someone so I could give the correct address. What a waisted morning from a co who is supposed to be number one! More
