Outstanding Collision Department I can't thank enough Jay Mulic the body shop manager. While I was out of the country he eent above and beyond his job description to get her car back I can't thank enough Jay Mulic the body shop manager. While I was out of the country he eent above and beyond his job description to get her car back to perfect condition after her car was hit while parked. He set up the tow dealt with the insurance and took care of her front bumper that had nothing to do with the accident. Very professional and caring. I will not hesitate to recommend Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn and the whole service department to everyone. Thank you again Jay!!!!!! More

Excellent experience with Jay Mulic!! I recently went to MB of Brooklyn to get an estimate of a damage to my 2016 C300. I met with Jay, who is the Service Manager as part of the collision I recently went to MB of Brooklyn to get an estimate of a damage to my 2016 C300. I met with Jay, who is the Service Manager as part of the collision shop. Jay was fantastic! He spent time explaining to me on exactly what he recommends based on the damage done to my vehicle. He was very specific and looked over the car personally to locate every part of the vehicle that was damaged and recommended what the best option is as if the car was his own. Jay was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on MB vehicles in general. He even went as far as answering questions that I had in regards to maintaining the vehicle, and as far I’m concerned, he went above and beyond my expectations! More
