I previously brought a CLK500, ML500 (2) over the last 15 years from 2 other diferent Merecede Benz Dealerships (one in Long Island, and one in Queens,NY) and really didnt feel like those dealerships wanted years from 2 other diferent Merecede Benz Dealerships (one in Long Island, and one in Queens,NY) and really didnt feel like those dealerships wanted to have my business. One day i stopped at Sovereign Mercedes and look at their vehicles and right from the start i was treated with dignity and respect from Mr. Lou Romano. I was'nt treated as if i couldnt afford a 90,000 car, i was very comfortable with Mr. Romano's personality. I did buy a S500 from Mr. Romano, in fact i have since brought 2 extra used cars (a BMW and Range Rover) from Mr. Romano. I have been buying cars since 1979 and have never experience a sale person who is so dedicated to making a buyer feel really comfortable spending his money, he's sincere, he's honest, he keeps his word, he has illustated high Integrity, and he's just a really good person. Mr. Romano has earned my business for as long as i can buy cars. When i am ask by friends where to buy a Mercedes Benz, i refer them to Lou Romano at Sovereign Motor, and i have done that numorous times in the past 3 years. I would recommend this dealership. Everyone is very courteous from the guys who take the car from you to the office staff.
