My previous lease with a c300 was about to end and Cole Mangrum contacted me to get me an incredible deal before the end of the year. I went in on Dec. 30th at 3pm and drove home with a new c250 that eveni Mangrum contacted me to get me an incredible deal before the end of the year. I just purchased my first Mercedes,a 2012 ML350. After driving BMW's for 20 years, I am so glad that I made the switch! Marc was an exceptional sales person. He was concerned about my needs and did not driving BMW's for 20 years, I am so glad that I made the switch! Marc was an exceptional sales person. He was concerned about my needs and did not attempt to oversell or pressure me into buying the larger and more expensive model. Karleen assisted me in the tutorial sessions and was extremely patient when showing and demonstrating all of the assessories and electronics. I visited Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead in hopes to lease a 2012 C250. I met salesman Richard Kelley upon arrival into the dealership and did a test drive. I really appreciate Richard Kelley taking the time to meet all my needs and how friendly the staff and finance department was. I am a single woman who sometimes feels I am an easy target to be taken advantage of especially in the car industry, but feel I was treated fairly and equal. I love my new Mercedes! (Apologize, but can't remember gentleman's name in finance department or the nice lady who showed me my car features upon delivery of my vehicle. Hopefully you have that information in your system...both were very friendly). More
