I traded in my car for a 2011 E-350 Coupe on December 21, 2010. Up until now I still have not received my registration yet. I have called the person in charge of tags and title three times and he refuses t 2010. Up until now I still have not received my registration yet. I have called the person in charge of tags and title three times and he refuses to return my call. My thirty day tag ran out becuase he never filed my paperwork with DMV. How do I know this? I called DMV and they told me it was never submitted until the day before my thirty day tag expired. My tag was finally registered and I still have not received my registration from the dealership yet. It is now two months since I purchased the vehicle and I am trying to figure out if this is done to all customers. I will never go there again ever for anything. More
I had a wonderful experience with Kevin Ingold. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the automatic starter I had installed in my vehicle. I also was having some concerns about my previously installed bluetooth transmitter, and Kevin went above and beyond to assist me. I love my vehicle especially with these special installations...I am looking forward to speaking with Kevin in the near future to inquire about an updated navigation DVD. More

I'm a former BMW owner and walked into the dealership with no expectation of buying but to just learn more about both the C and E series. I determined with Cynthia that the C series was the best fit for with no expectation of buying but to just learn more about both the C and E series. I determined with Cynthia that the C series was the best fit for my needs and the dealership had the perfect vehicle on the lot. She stayed late until after the dealership was closed for some time to ensure I was satisfied and review in detail the vehicle with. I think we were the last two to leave and she by no means rushed me out the door at the end on a Saturday. The vehicle and dealership are top notch. Thanks! More

They treat you with so much courtesy and respect that it makes it impossible to buy from another dealership. I had done my homework on the internet and with other dealers and had prepared written notes for what I thought might be a protracted negotiating session. I was interested in trading my wife's CLK cabri dealers and had prepared written notes for what I thought might be a protracted negotiating session. I was interested in trading my wife's CLK cabriolet for a newer one. We made an appointment to see a very nice Certified late model CLK and to my surprise and my wife's delight, Mr. Hirth agreed with my assessment of the deal and simply made it happen.
