My experience with service has been truely exceptional. Recently, my foot board was broken. Kim diligently investigated the piece that was broken, identified the parts needed, carefully examined the warranty coverage and helped me to replace the foot board. The craftsmanship was as good as the day I got the car. When my front right light bulb was broken all of sudden, Kim again took me in for an ad hoc service appointment; within 1 hour, I am back on the road again.
