What an awesome experience!!!! I was visiting here in the Raleigh area and had a incident at a gas pump where it cause damage to chrome on bumper. On a few occasions, we had questions at a time that Alex was not immediately available and his colleagues stepped right in and answered our questions--especially John Womack! Alex Ward is the type off salesman that guarantees return customers. He is very knowledgeable about the products offered at Mrecedes-Benz of Cary, but most importantly Alex is very personable and does not pr customers.
