What an awesome experience!!!! I was visiting here in the Raleigh area and had a incident at a gas pump where it cause damage to chrome on bumper. Ted was my first point of contact as I explained my situation and sent a pic. He ordered it immediately 7/15 it arrived 7/16 my appt was 7:30 and they had my completed by 10:45 . I am in Awe of the level of making it happen and the level of professionalism . Thank you Ted and Brian and the team at Mercedes-Benz Cary!!!! Wow E. Kelly

I came to this dealership yesterday for servicing. The staff, especially Rakesh Patel, greeted me and treated me like an old friend. Everyone was so kind and courteous. They offered me snack which was respectful. Overall everyone was very respectful and I had an amazing experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.

Can't say enough about the great experience I had with your service dept. Lots of dealerships get blasted by their customers. Too bad they can't experience what Mercedes of Cary can do for them. Sabrina was my service advisor and she was excellent. She went above and beyond what she had to do and honored every request I made. She had the service tech talk with me to answer some of my questions. She also made arrangements for me to be driven to pick up a rental car and had me just leave the rental upon my return and she had her staff call the rental company to come and pick it up. I am really happy to see that you have no plans at this time to stop servicing the Smart cars. I also had a nice experience with Donald in parts and Becky as cashier. I wish I lived closer.

I always receive exceptional service whenever I get to work with Sabrina as my service advisor in Cary. She consistently provides sincere service for ensuring all my needs are taken care of, time and time again. In my most recent service visit, Sabrina demonstrated true customer service at it's finest. She identified an oversight from one of my past (>1 year ago) service visits, and upon her own volition, she took the time to thoroughly research the potential oversight matter, and then to immediately correct it that same day. I have significant appreciation for Sabrina. She saved me money on my service and as always, she's a delight!

"CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE "

I won't ever use this shop again. The service department treated me unfairly because I left my LICENSED pistol in my car. I was refused a COMPLIMENTARY car wash after I spent nearly $200 on an oil change. Their explanation was that someone left their pistol in the car before that was stolen. Are you saying I am the ONLY person who has left a valuable in the car at a luxury dealership. They asked me to load my pistol in my book bag, which is completely UNSAFE. So they denied washing my car on the outside because I had a gun in the INSIDE of the car.....Never had this issue at Porsche, BMW, or any other luxury car lot. They also didn't put the sticker in the car indicating my next oil change, and left the service card in my windshield. I would recommend using the capitol blvd MERCEDEZ or Durham one, as they put the customer 1ST.
