One of the vehicles I was interested in was at the Mercedes Benz of Chantilly in VA. After inquiring about the vehicle via the website, I was contacted by Mariela. Alhough I had not made a decision yet, Mariela stayed in contact with me and offered lots of information and advantages of chosing her vehicle and dealership. I finally decided to select her vehicle and she engaged with me through every step of the process through closing on the vehicle. When I flew down to take possession of the vehicle, Mariela was so kind enough to pick me up from the airport, as I was coming from Michigan. Talk about personal touch! All in all, the vehicle I select was perfect and so was Mariela! She made sure everything was taken care of and was genuinely interested in my satisfaction! Freddie took the time to showcase a few vehicles of interest in the expansive MB lineup before helping me settle on a Coupe that filled the checkmarks in every bucket! I came on Saturday to buy a car they couldn't give me a better rate so I had my own bank finance it for the better rate. I told them ill come on Monday with the check to get a car. They confirmed in the morning if m coming and i said yes. When i walked there they sold the car to someone else. Those two white managers sold it for more price and right after 2 hrs when i said ill be coming. When I talked to General Manager he was full on protecting his sales manager. Also when a salesperson came in to prove me right this GENERAL MANAGER SENT HIM AWAY AND NEVER QUESTIONED HIS SALES MANAGER. The person who bought the car also got ripped and i was sent home without any car. More
Nightmare in Chantilly I drove from Richmond to Chantilly ( Passing through 3 Mercedes Benz Dealerships) in midst of traffic, snow and treacherous condition to come to this I drove from Richmond to Chantilly ( Passing through 3 Mercedes Benz Dealerships) in midst of traffic, snow and treacherous condition to come to this dealership, test drive and purchase a car that I have been discussing with the salesperson for three weeks. I thought we had great report and I made it clear to him what my demands were. Atmosphere was gloomy and plastic but did not phased me. Salesperson arguing with me over and over with me for an offer that I thought was very fair based on comparison with cars from other dealerships and sellers. Most importantly a manager who care even less ( to put it mildly) about his customers. It is not until I raised xxxx and complaint about the fact that I have never been to dealership where the manager never comes and greats a customer that he got out of his chair and met me outside. He really had nothing to say and really couldn't care less. This interaction was even worse. Non-apologetic and even more defying than ever thought this will be. . No warmth or empathy. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. This was a personal gift to myself. When you are about to hand someone thousands dollars over a purchase that is purely emotional and of this caliber it is at least refreshing to see that someone who pretends to care. That is not much to ask. I left this dealership flabbergasted and exasperated by what had just happen. This is my first Mercedes and they managed to make this a horrible ordeal thus far. More

Lied about their service fees I had a crack on one of my rims and I called Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly to a get a price on my 2012 ML-350. The gentleman who answered the phone said I had a crack on one of my rims and I called Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly to a get a price on my 2012 ML-350. The gentleman who answered the phone said that Mercedes-Benz don't make new rims for that model anymore but they have refurbished ones for about $600. So, I decided to go there the next day to get that done. When I went there and I saw Louis, Lauren service advisor to help me with the replacement of the rim, she gave me a price of about $1100. I told her that I already got a price for a refurbished rim for about $600. She told me that they don'e have refurbished rims and all their rims are brand new and that is the price. She made a phone call to be sure and she said yes, that is the price and we do not have refurbished rims. I decided to leave and not pay the $1000 for the new one. Then she said let me talk to someone to see if I can do something for you. She make a phone call and brought the price down to $800. I was still now happy with the price and decided not go with the $800. Then she said let me talk to someone to see what I can do for and she told me to wait in the waiting room. She came back and said that yes they do have refurbished rims and I got it for the price I was told on the phone for about $600. A week later I had a different issue with my 2012 GL-450 with “malfunction error” and this time I saw Freddy Diaz service advisor. I was told that the issue is a compressor went back and needs to be replaced. I asked him if there is any other issue with the car besides the compressor. He said no, the service tech look at your car and that is the only issue at the moment. I decided to move forward with the service and have them replace the compressor. When the service was done Freddy called me and said that they just found a leak and that is going to cost me another $1400. I DO NOT trust this dealer with their service department and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. More
