Employees are the heart of an organization and at MB of Cherry Hill, service is consistently top-notch, whether you are dealing with the initial contact, Roger, whose #1 priority was to ensure my safety then walked me through the process of contacting the police, initiated the call and stayed on the line. Once he knew I would be safe, he transferred me to Angela to coordinate the next step of the process - getting the technician, Felix, to come out to help me the road. Felix went above and beyond and even corrected the root cause of the issue (aside from losing in a game of gas) which was the tire pressure warning blocked the gas warning on my screen. Thanks to everyone at MB of Cherry Hill for the amazing, prompt, and always courteous service. They made a potentially dangerous situation safe, and unpleasant at situation bearable. More
