Seven hours from home and in need of two tires that are difficult to acquire, I was introduced to Mr. Richard Schofield, assistant service manager at Cherry Hill Mercedes. In a very efficient and "caring" manner, Richard worked diligently with the dealer in western Pennsylvania, where the car was purchased, to activate my road hazard warranty. He then acquired the new tires in a timely manner and had them installed. The day after the car arrived at the service center, my wife and I were on our way home.
