Mercedes Benz Of Cherry Hill sold us a GL320 with issues, gasket leaks, balancing/alignment issue's that took 4-5 visits to correct (they told us it was us, then the roads, then it was the tires), next issue gasket leaks, balancing/alignment issue's that took 4-5 visits to correct (they told us it was us, then the roads, then it was the tires), next issue was a knocking they could not fix after having the vehicle in for an entire month of January minus a few days. Purchased the vehicle at the end of Sept 2012 and they have had the car in their ...possesion for about 2 months out of the 5 months. The longest stretch being the entire month of January 2013 minus a few days. They gave us an offer with a gun to our heads that my wife had to take as I was out of town and she was their with a 5 month old and a 2yr old. They offered no rental car or loaner car but only to trade the car in and pay more for another vehicle. This dealership is all about the money and could give a xxxx about the saftey of the vehicle. They sold us an unsafe car with issues. More
All I wanted to do was purchase a vehicle. My goal was to buy a Mercedes-Benz. I was referred to Ron Battle, from a friend. I have never been so aggravated and angry from an attempt to buy a vehicle in to buy a Mercedes-Benz. I was referred to Ron Battle, from a friend. I have never been so aggravated and angry from an attempt to buy a vehicle in my 50 years of life. When I spoke for the first and only time with Ron, he sounded like he was asleep, and that I just woke him up. When I told him I was referred to him; he asked who referred me to him. When he did not recognize the name, he immediately gave me the first,second, and third degree, as if it mattered to him, who referred me to him. This person appears to be brain dead. Does it really matter who referred me to him. All he had to say was," great how could I help you". Instead he had to get to the bottom of it. He had to know exactly who referred me to him, or this conversation was not going to proceed. At one point, I could not believe he was a sales person. I had to ask him if he actually sold Mercedes-Benz automobiles. When he said yes, I was very surprised; I thought I had dialed the wrong number. Anyway, I asked him about a car, and his response was, " we only sell cars to people of prominence in this neighborhood. I could not believe it. Either he is clueless as to the impact of his words or he is just ignorant and callous. I can't believe this person speaks to customers that purchase Mercedes-Benz. After I hung up, I sent him a text explaining that I will contact his boss as well as Mercedes-Benz Corporate to make a complaint. He texted me back to apologize. I told him to explain this to his boss. He then texted back, I WILL DO IT WITH A SMILE. I know a little about the culture of high end dealerships. That vindictive behavoir is never tollorated. I will never call Cherry Hill Mercedes-Benz, I do not meet very many people because of my occupation, but I will make it a point to tell the few people I meet to stay away from Cherry Hill Mercedes-Benz. MY wife has been buying Mercedes from Joe Zalaf for years. My lease on my car was up and I went to Audi, Lexus and BMW first. I then took my wife;s advice and went to see Joe Zalaf and I never went b years. My lease on my car was up and I went to Audi, Lexus and BMW first. I then took my wife;s advice and went to see Joe Zalaf and I never went back to any of the other dealers. Joe's service was by far the best I have ever had at any car dealership. I had to take my car back for the removal of a pin stripe and Joe took great care of me. I would recommend, as a matter of fact I have already recommended Joe to several people. Jay is the most honest, straightforward sales manager I have ever dealt with. He listens to your concerns, he respects your knowledge of the numbers involved, he doesn't make excuses, and he will do whate have ever dealt with. I used to dread buying a new car because of the various tactics and games different sales managers would use when the deal was about to be made. Jay has changed my opinion of that. I hope he never leaves this dealership, and if he does, I hope he can personally choose his successor. In addition, Jay is the manager of a sales department that consists of a corp of educated, friendly and professional sales associates who are not pushy nor obnoxious, and they don't use any pressure to sell you something you don't want. More
I have been coming to this dealership for service since 2009 after I purchased my first Mercedes elsewhere. Dan always accommodates me by letting me bring my car in on short notice and has it taken to a s 2009 after I purchased my first Mercedes elsewhere. It is always ready when he says it will be, and this dealership charges the lowest service fees in the region. Dan's handling of my service needs was the initial reason I considered buying my new Benz from this dealership. More

At the time of purchase, I was bringing my previous car in for service. The tire pressure light was on and the bluetooth "hands-free" system was not working properly. Joe recommended that I trade the car for a new one. Several hours later, I drove off the lot in a 2013 mercedes. I couldn't be more happy. My car was rear ended and I took it to the mercedes benz body shop for repair. I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. At the end of the first week, I found out that they had not even started working on body shop for repair. I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. At the end of the first week, I found out that they had not even started working on the car. Everytime I called, I was told that the car will be repaired by monday. Apparently they are waiting for a part to come from Germany. It took them 7 weeks to get the part from germany. The frustation was not knowing who is to blame for the delay. The body shop recommended by MB says they cannot do anything as the part is backordered (I am not sure why they didn't know that prior to asking me to drop off my car for repair). MB at cherry hill says they dont have anything to do with it and would not give the backordered part from another car. When I called the main MB customer service they said that since the car was in an accident they are not responsible for delays due to backorder of parts. The whole experience was very frustrating as no one was willing to take any responsibility. If you are looking for a place with good customer service, find someplace else. Will definitely not be buying any other vehicles from MB. More

Brought us a nice number for the car right off the bat, without much back and forth. And we had a deal within an hour and a half of walking in and we drove away with a brand new car. More
