He is very professional, listens to what you WANT but most importantly WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD, and I love his calm, laid back personality. Walking into a Mercedes dealer can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be that way if you talk to Joe. I have family members who would love a Mercedes one day, and they will be calling him.
