went in to get a thing of touch up paint for my car (2006 c230 that i got at the same dealership) and also got a 2012 glk350. I saw they had some 2012s on the lot so I went in and talked to Joe who gave me c230 that i got at the same dealership) and also got a 2012 glk350. This is the 3rd car i got from this dealership and i have not had any problems with them at all. This is the 2nd car i got from Joe and he has done good by me. The service here is very good other car companies can take lessons from them. More

He is very professional, listens to what you WANT but most importantly WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD, and I love his calm, laid back personality. Walking into a Mercedes dealer can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be that way if you talk to Joe. I have family members who would love a Mercedes one day, and they will be calling him. My husband had been talking to a man name Joe. I spoke to a man name Jay, but we decided to go with the man that my husband spoke to first. We later realize that Jay was Joe's immediate superviser. Both Joe and Jay were extremely kind. However, Joe was whom we dealt with. He was down to earth and patient with us. There was some discrepancies with my husband's credit. So, we used my credit. However, I suppose this corperation was unsure of my credit, due to little activity on my part. This is where Joe comes into the picture. I explained to Joe that we are hard working people, who deserves an oportunity. I believe, he went away and spoke to someone, and faught on our behalf. The bottom line is my husband has his Mercedez, and I want you to know it is because of Joe Zalaf!!!
