I explained to Steven that I was discouraged and maybe change my mind before I came in, but he encouraged me to come in so they can see what they can do for me as far as getting a new car. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service representatives. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others as well because I never ran into such smooth process.
