For someone who was getting a first car, and had parents who insisted on an SUV, Both employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and patient. For someone who was getting a first car, and had parents who insisted on an SUV, I did not have the easiest time picking a car I felt more suitable for myself. It took a few hours of negotiating, but we settled on a car I personally liked, which finally became acceptable for my parents. Since my parents do not communicate too well in English, Adrian asked Lok to come over and talk it over in chinese. He made an effort to persuade my parents, and ultimately we negotiated a deal that was very acceptable for both parties. Great experience, highly recommend Adrian Botis. More
