Ken Lipkowitz is our preferred Service Advisor, because of his professionalism. This Schedule B Service was performed in 2 hours and the vehicle was returned clean and shiny. They made everything effortless for me… Basil Eleisah in finance was so helpful and he guided me through everything so I wasn’t overwhelmed. He answered all of my questions (trust me I had a lot!). He helped me make smart decisions with warranties and such. I never felt like anything was being pushed on me. Rebecca did a car delivery for me via FaceTime, and she was so helpful… It was tricky being in a different state but I feel as though I got the same experience and same assistance as though I was on the showroom floor. As a whole this dealership is ran beautifully, and I will continue to be a customer regardless of where I live in the country. More
