My C63 I was at the dealer after work on a Tuesday to buy an oil filter for my C 300 and I met one of their sales team members Charles England. We struck up a conversation about Mercedes sedans and he showed my the layout of the lot. He didn't try to sell me anything, (which impressed me). We chatted and he listened very attentively. I told him I was never going to buy a new car again and I also told him what I really wanted (my dream car) He invited me to his office the following Saturday just for a look around. My wife and I were in the neighborhood and we stopped by. He had a special car to show me. He showed me a used low mileage C 63. My dream car. He gave me a fair price and a fair trade in value on my C 300. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff and sales team is professional and friendly. Charles England is one xxxx of a salesman! He sold me a car I always wanted and I wasn't even shopping. :-) More
