We were ready to go anywhere to get the car that we wanted as we had done this before and we wanted to turn it into a fun road trip where we could enjoy our new car on the way home. We searched and found our certified pre owned 2016 GLE 400 at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia. We were lucky have called and reached Zac who helped make this out of state car buying experience very easy to do over the phone. He knew exactly what to do to make this hassle free for us. When we arrived, we were picked up by a nice driver named Mike and when we pulled up to the dealership our car was clean, with a full tank, and ready to go. We just had to sign the already prepared paperwork which took no time at all. Danh from finance was great too and he sent us everything ahead of time to allow us time to review and ask questions. Zac made us a bag of road trip snacks to take with us which lasted almost the entire trip!! There were many times when we would be feeling hungry or tired that we would reach into our bag of snacks and think of our great experience with Zac. They even gave us some small gifts for our kids! We can’t wait to buy our next car with Zac! I also want to give kiddos to the detail people who cleaned the car. It was so clean that I was reluctant to eat in the car but had to let that go. They did a nice job cleaning the car. More

Until the day of actual purchase, I’d never set foot on the dealership or spoken on the phone ever. Some would not prefer this modern approach, but when the car is over 250 miles away, it’s really the only option. The facility is amazing and the customer centric staff is well trained and impressive. The final paperwork only took minutes and during the very short wait, we relaxed in the spacious waiting room and were treated to a Starbucks. I rarely give a 5 star review on travel or restaurant sites, but this was a well earned accomplishment. More
