Excellent Place to Buy from Anywhere in the US About me: I live near Chicago and purchased a used Lexus RC F from the dealership's impressive pre-owned inventory. Initial communication: I put in an inquiry through the dealership's website asking a few questions about the car. Charles England responded to all of my questions quickly and even went the extra mile to send me detailed pictures of the car straight to my phone. Since I planned on travelling to see the car in person, Charles offered to pick me up from the airport or local rental car location. At the dealership: Charles had the car ready for a test drive before I even arrived at the dealership. I was able to test drive the car unaccompanied, at my own leisure. The car was exactly as described on the website. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy the car if I didn't like it. Once I decided to buy the car, I worked with Danh Do to complete the paperwork for financing. Again, no hassle; the process went very smoothly. After buying the car, Charles came with me to drop off my rental car and drove me back to the dealership. I asked him for dinner recommendations, and he directed me to a great local steak restaurant. Overall: Charles is an excellent guy to buy a car from. I had a great buying experience from Mercedes-Benz of Columbia, MO and would definitely recommend buying from there, even if you live hundreds of miles away. More
