His responses were timely and he kept his word on everything promised. The vehicle was listed with no pictures, just the description and I ended up buying without even seeing a picture of it (contingent on a satisfactory test drive). The Sales Manager, Gus had the previous owner meet me the day of the delivery and personally walked me through every option and a few extras. Talk about going the extra mile. Totally unexpected. I learned quickly that there is some rift-raft out there on Auto Trader but these guys are the real deal. I would highly recommend buying from them. More
