Exceeded my expectations! My wife and I were traveling from Atlanta to our beach house in Florida and got a flat tire on our ML350 in the Columbus area. After calling 5 differ My wife and I were traveling from Atlanta to our beach house in Florida and got a flat tire on our ML350 in the Columbus area. After calling 5 different tire businesses and having NO luck finding our correct tire size in stock we asked if there was a Mercedes dealer in town and luckily we were directed to Mercedes-Benz of Columbus. Not only did they have the correct tire in stock, but we got to relax in their newly renovated customer waiting area while they repaired our car. Then as an additional bonus, they washed and detailed our SUV and 90 minutes later (from start to finish) we were on our way. Thank you Jerry and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Columbus.
