We have two Mercedes service vans and they are extremely important for conducting our business. We had to wait over 6 weeks to have a warranty issue addressed by this service center. There is no way I can operate my business having to wait that long to get a van back. I don’t understand how it would take so long. Either the service center doesn’t have enough techs of the service model needs to be replaced with a more efficient one. I should have asked about how long it would take to get service done on the vans. I would have never purchased these vans if I was told that we would have to be with a service van for 6 weeks. More

My dash is telling me my oil was overfilled. Called Mercedes Columbus and they told me to bring it back in and they would drain some out. Just paid almost $1000 for a service B. We live in the Tallahassee Florida area where we bought and serviced our two Sprinters. When we broke down in Columbus GA, with the same problem our hometown dealer was supposed to have fixed, we counted o and serviced our two Sprinters. When we broke down in Columbus GA, with the same problem our hometown dealer was supposed to have fixed, we counted ourselves lucky to find a dealer who was able to properly fix our van, AND who treated us as if we were their best customer. We plan to purchase a new Sprinter next year, and drive through Columbus regularly- we intend to find a way to never use the lousy Tallahassee dealer again, driving to Columbus for quality workmanship and excellent customer care. More
