A fantastically wonderful vehicle shopping experience On a Saturday evening after the dealership was closed, I posed a few questions to several internet sites and had replies from 3 different dealership a On a Saturday evening after the dealership was closed, I posed a few questions to several internet sites and had replies from 3 different dealership associates, including the General Manager, shortly after posting my questions. I spoke with them on Sunday and determined that I was interested in this vehicle. Despite the fact it was already a GREAT deal, they reduced the asking price a little bit more, provided me with a proposed sales invoice by email [through the primary internet site I had contacted] and I purchased the vehicle on Monday morning over the telephone. They delivered the vehicle [with a full tank of gas] to my house [140 miles away in another State] that afternoon, we signed the papers, I gave them a check and we were done! I am very happy and would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Columbus to anyone wishing to purchase from them. All associates to whom I spoke were highly competent and honest! They were not pushy nor did they attempt to obscure anything. It was a very pleasant shopping experience! I will definitely shop with them again in the future. More

I was undecided whether to purchase a Mercedes or another brand. I’m from Florida and had contacted many dealers of both brands. What’s funny is that not one dealer really wanted to sell me a car. I had set my mileage range, at 200 miles, from my house and had no luck finding a dealer.. I had to increase my range to 500 miles. I came across Mercedes Benz of Columbus, GA. When I contacted them, a representative from their dealership named Ronnie contacted me. He was the first person (and I mean person - not salesman) who was interested in selling me a car. Ronnie solved my decision of what brand to buy. The next problem was his dealership 400 miles from my house and I had a car to trade in. He was the first person to ask “What can I do to earn your business”. Wow - nobody ever asked me that question. Well, Ronnie drove 400 miles to deliver my new car and drove back with my trade in. I wish there’s 0 star I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from th I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from the engine, I decided to not drive the car under this condition, in the next morning i got message from the service manager saying that is my car is fine and the noise i was hearing was the direct injection pump on the vehicle. The vehicle had sat for 3 days and was cold after the vehicle warms up the pump will get quiet. I need to pick up our loaner this morning so if you will send me the address you are at i will have a driver leave this am with your vehicle with disrespect, rudeness and the typical hang up the phone on me!!! Then I decided to fill a complaint at MB-USA. At the end of the day i got phone call from the customer service manager and she apologize about what he did and told me that the technician checked out my car again and he said that the noise is normal and not normal. And now the found that they have to change the pison and connecting rod inside the engine which I’ Gonna lose the value of my car. My car has just 27000 miles. More
